USA drum & bass artist TLZMN combines forces from across the pond with UK heavyweight Grim Sickers, and the official video for "Jah" is out now on the Play Me Records YouTube channel.

The Play Me family showed up in force at Respect LA, Los Angeles' legendary weekly drum & bass night, for a Dr. Apollo & Friends takeover at Jungle Hollywood.

Dr. Apollo led the night alongside fellow Play Me artists Skellytn and label founder Reid Speed, with Machete and Whiskey Pete rounding out the bill. LMNOP joined as one of the night's surprise guests.

Running for over two decades, Respect remains one of the longest-running drum & bass events in North America and a cornerstone of the LA bass music scene.

Play Me Records founder Reid Speed joined five heavyweight selectors for Episode 41 of Electronic Beats TV's legendary Blind Test series, this time diving deep into 2000s Drum 'n' Bass.

The playlist was curated by Future Retro London label boss and certified DnB & Jungle encyclopedia Tim Reaper, featuring deep cuts, iconic rollers, techy stompers, soulful anthems, and forgotten gems from 2000s DnB history.

Reid joined Hospital Records mainstay Makoto, DNB Girls Collective co-owner Mizeyesis, Astrophonica founder Fracture, Kynetic Sound boss Kyrist, and Carbon Music label head Jubei for the ultimate test of DnB knowledge.

Running for over two decades, Respect is one of the longest-running drum & bass events in North America and a cornerstone of the LA bass music scene. This marks the perfect venue to celebrate LMNOP's biggest release to date.

Play Me Records took over Academy LA as Reid Speed, Dr. Apollo, and LMNOP opened for UK drum & bass collective Rudimental.

The East London quartet—known for bringing soul to electronic music—headlined a massive night at the Hollywood venue, with the Play Me crew warming up the crowd in style. This marks another huge support slot for the label's artists, continuing an incredible run of high-profile bookings in 2025.

Three Play Me Records artists shared the stage with drum & bass royalty as Dr. Apollo, LMNOP, and Dip Vertigo opened for the legendary Andy C at Academy LA for Bassrush.

The night showcased the strength of LA's homegrown drum & bass talent. Dip Vertigo, now in his 20th year in the LA scene with credits on Hospital Records and ProgRAM, brought his signature multi-deck energy. LMNOP continued their incredible 2025 momentum following their Hedex Palladium victory, while Dr. Apollo rounded out the Play Me representation.

Opening for Andy C—widely regarded as the greatest drum & bass DJ of all time—is a massive milestone for all three artists and a proud moment for the Play Me family.
